But what I especially love about yoga is how its many postures can be used to augment certain body parts. Yes, I’m talking about the butt.
And what’s especially love is that yoga-based butt exercises, aka big butt yoga, aren’t boring.
Butt lift exercises are totally worth it but let’s be honest – doing squats or kicks aren’t the funnest of things. But when you incorporate butt-lifting exercises in a yoga “flow” routine, the exercise is both fun and beneficial for your booty.
