Simple: You aren’t exercising.
There’s only so much butt growth you’re going to see from increasing the fat on your butt. Plus, you don’t want all the butt growth to come from fat alone – fat that is unsupported by muscle will sag and not have that beautiful plump roundness you want.
You have to work on your strengthening and enlarging your gluteus maximus, even if it takes 15 to 30 minutes a day, even if it’s repetitive and boring. If you want a bigger butt, you’re going to have to exercise.
That’s the real catch behind getting a bigger butt – you have to “work your a** off to get it.
