Kim Kardashian’s Exercises For a Bigger Butt

When it comes to achieving success in something – be it building a business or building a bigger butt – it’s always a good idea to look toward those who’ve already accomplished the goal for inspiration as well as ideas on how to do it!

And when it comes to big butts – Kim Kardashian’s butt is certainly something to aspire to.

While some of it may be her genetics, if you’ve ever watched Kim work out and noticed her intense physical fitness routine – you’ll know that a lot of that butt comes from dedication and yes, hard work.

Luckily, Kim at least doesn’t believe in long, arduous workouts. She likes them short and intense. Just our cup of tea. And maybe yours, too. 

The exercises below don’t take long to do and as you can see from Kim’s derriere, they’re quite effective!

Kim Kardashian’s Workout for a Big Butt

What You’ll Need:

Exercise #1: Wide Dumbbell Squats

These are a classic butt-building exercise, but as you can see in the picture, it’s important that you do it in a way so you can gain the most butt-building advantage.

Take a wide stance and point your toes outward so you can work your butt rather than your hamstrings. Just 10 to 12 reps a day will do your butt good.

Exercise #2: 90-Degree Forward Lunges

Lunges are great for your glutes – similar to squats but they target a different area of your glutes since you’re moving your legs in a forward to backward motion instead of up and down.

To start with, you can definitely do the lunges without dumbbells, but you might want to add them in eventually for a more intense workout.

Aim to take a big step each time and set your front leg at a 90-degree angle. Just 10 lunges on each leg is great for your glutes!

Exercise #3: The Skater Lunge

This one is intense for your butt and will get your heart pumping and sweat pouring, too!

Aim to do about a dozen of these per day. It’ll get you excited and won’t take longer than half a minute!

Exercise #4: Stability Ball Curls

Okay, this one is our favorite – both because they are really fun to do as well as great for working the butt.

Just a dozen of these, pulling your knees in and out, is perfect!


Once you get the hang of these exercises – i.e. memorize how to do them – one set should only take you around 5 minutes to complete.

Try to do at least 3 sets of these exercises per day and you’ll be well on your way to getting a Kardashian butt!
