Butt Lift Exercises: Simple Yoga Routine To Give Your Bum a Boost

Yoga is fantastic. It tones and strengthens – not to mention gives your butt a lift – while providing cardio benefits as well. In fact, if I could recommend just one exercise for developing the perfect body line – it would be yoga.

But what I especially love about yoga is how its many postures can be used to augment certain body parts. Yes, I’m talking about the butt.

And what’s especially love is that yoga-based butt exercises, aka big butt yoga, aren’t boring.

Butt lift exercises are totally worth it but let’s be honest – doing squats or kicks aren’t the funnest of things. But when you incorporate butt-lifting exercises in a yoga “flow” routine, the exercise is both fun and beneficial for your booty.

I found this little workout video around a month ago and I’ve been doing it every few days or so. It’s a simple routine, takes no more than around 30 minutes of your time, and you’ll be rewarded with an instant burn in your gluteus maximus. It’s an awesome video – check it out!
