The Easiest Bigger Butt Diet: Get All the Booty Foods You Need in Minutes

You already know what the best booty foods are but how are you supposed to find the time to nourish your body with the perfect bigger butt diet when you’re busy with work, kids, school and a million other obligations.


If you’re in the position of wanting to give your butt all the proper nutrition it needs but you’re short on time – trust me, you’re not alone.

I’ve found smoothies to be the single easiest way to get my daily fill of booty-boosting nutritious goodness. They just make it so damn easy to eat for your booty!

Don’t have time to cook and flavor chicken breast? No worries, you can add protein powder to your smoothie to meet your protein needs for the day. And you already know that protein is hands down the most important nutrient for booty growth.

Whey protein powder is the best for building booty muscles since it’s got a huge range of quick-absorbing amino acids for your body to use. This is my favorite brand – it’s got no sugars or sweeteners, preservatives or other fillers.

Not a fan of fish? That’s fine, you can still get your fill of healthy fats by adding chia seeds and coconut oil to your smoothies. Both of these are awesome for their fat content and their weight loss boosting powers – chia seeds are super fibrous and will keep you feeling full longer while coconut oil has actually been shown to burn belly fat!

Make sure you go for organic chia seeds – this one is my favorite – as well as organic coconut oil since you’ll actually be eating this stuff.

And booty-boosting smoothies comes with other benefits, too – since you can easily add in fresh fruits and veggies, you also get to detox your body, help your skin glow and lose weight in the right places.

The best part is that they’re blissfully easy to make – in just 5 minutes of your time, you can whip up a seriously delicious smoothie that has all the booty nutrition you need.

If you don’t have a blender yet, rest assured – these are really affordable. My favorite one, hands down, is the Nutri Ninja Pro, which you can currently get for $60 and use pretty much forever.

But if you’re looking for something even more affordable, Hamilton Beach has a good (and very cute) mini blender that’s $15 and even comes with a lid so you can blend and then stick it in your bag to sip on the go.

It’s no high-powered blender but it’s perfect for whipping up a simple booty boosting protein shake. Speaking of which, here are some smoothie recipes packed with booty foods that you can make in less than 5 minutes a day!

Here’s a few recipes to get you started!

Key Lime Pie Protein Booty Fuel

  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 small lime (squeeze the juice out!)
  • 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt

This smoothie is only around 300 calories and it’ll give you a whopping 28 grams of protein! You can also add in about half a teaspoon of maple syrup to sweeten the deal, some ice cubes to make it a refreshing drink, and some coconut oil and/or chia seeds to load up on healthy fats.

Fruity Booty Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen fruit medley (strawberry, blueberry, mango, pineapple, papaya, or anything else you got in your freezer)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds

Feel free to add in more coconut oil – it makes the recipe more creamy, coconut-y, and delicious! Plus, coconut oil is great for getting a boost of energy and even helps cut down the belly fat!

Peachy Protein Shake

  • 1 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups kale (fresh, washed and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

If you haven’t tried a green smoothie yet – this one’s a delicious recipe that’ll get you hooked. The best part? It’s chockfull of protein, healthy fats, complex carbs and antioxidants. Yum.
