The herbs listed below have been used for or linked to female enhancement purposes. Some of them are directly effective because they contain estrogen, a hormone that is responsible for storing fat in the hips and buttocks.
Read on to find out more!
Fenugreek for a bigger butt
It’s most well-known for being rich in phyto-estrogens and is believed to aid in hormonal production, and facilitate the development of the mammary glands which ‘feed’ on estrogens.
Fenugreek seeds contain diosgenin, which is a phytoestrogen compound that mimics the effects of estrogen.
If you plan on taking fenugreek for a curvier figure, we recommend Nature Day’s Fenugreek Seed capsules – they’re only $6.
Saw Palmetto for a bigger butt
Saw Palmetto is a small plant that is indigenous to the southeastern United States. The natural hormonal balancing effects of saw palmetto act as a stimulant to enlarge underdeveloped butt tissues. But Saw Palmetto’s most important role in butt growth can be found in its anti-androgen properties.
Saw Palmetto is most widely known as an anti-androgen and helps your body block the angrogens (male hormones, such as testosterone) that are preventing you from developing a curvier figure.
Fennel for a bigger butt
Fennel is second only to Fenugreek in estrogenic compounds. Also similar to Fenugreek, it has used throughout history to enhance breast size and promote milk production in nursing mothers.
Phyto-estrogens are plant-derived and have the ability to mimic estrogenic effects in human bodies, including the storage of fat in the buttocks.
If you want to take fennel, we recommend getting fennel seeds and brewing up some tea with them. The tea is mild, pleasant and quite nice to sip on – get some seeds here.
Watercress is one of the most ancient green leaf vegetables around. This herb is not directly responsible for butt growth, but it is known to balance the hormone prolactin, which is the hormone responsible for the development of the mammary glands and breast milk production.
If you are on phytoestrogens and want the growth to go to your butt rather than your breasts, watercress would be a wise inclusion in your diet.
Watercress is best eaten – the leaves are fresh, crisp, and have a lovely hint of pepper to them. They make the perfect complement to any meat dish – really, any. But if you either can’t find them fresh or don’t have the time to regularly eat them, consider a watercress supplement.
Blessed thistle is more of a supportive herb – using blessed thistle in our formula will keep you healthy during the butt enhancement process.
We recommend Nature Way’s Blessed Thistle.
The roots of the wild yam plant contains diosgenin. Diosgenin is a phytoestrogen that can be chemically converted into progesterone. However, the human body cannot change this diosgenin into progesterone – it has to be done in a lab. Thus, wild yam by itself – does not contain progesterone.
So what about the plant’s phytoestrogenic content? Well, several studies have found that wild yam does not raise levels or estrogen in the body – not in noticeable amounts, anyway.
While wild yam can be good as a source of other phytonutrients – in terms of increasing hormones for butt-growth, it’s not very useful.
Dong Quai is most useful in its role in hormone regulation – it mostly aids the body to use its hormones efficiently. This herb does not directly impact butt growth since it contains no phytoestrogens, but it helps to balance your hormones so that whatever butt enhancing pill or cream you are using can be more effective.
