Does Fish Oil = Bigger Butt?

There’s been a lot of hullabaloo about using fish oil to make your buttocks bigger and you’re probably curious if it’s true. Does fish oil = bigger butt?

The short answer is YES, and the long answer is YES, there is a plumping effect and you can actually see growth of about 1 to 2 inches, BUT the results are not permanent (you need to keep on doing it) and the smell is discouraging, to say the least.

How does fish oil help you get a bigger butt?

As with many other oils, the fat nutrients found in fish oil can increase the size of the butt by absorbing into the fat cells.

fish oil bigger butt facts

The original idea behind this fish oil theory comes from the unique health benefits of fish oil. Fish oil contains 5 types of Omega fatty acids:

Omega-3

Omega-3  from plants (such as flaxseed) contains ALA which is good for your heart and arteries because it makes your blood cells less “sticky.” Omega-3 from fish contains EPA and DHA. DHA is great for your eyes and brain and EPA is great for the joints.

Omega 5 & 6

Omega-5 is great for your hair, skin, and nails and is the element most responsible for giving you that glowing look. It also contains CMOs which aid in collagen reformation and we all know how essential collagen is for our skin.

Omega-6 helps in the regulation of metabolism and helps to balance hormones levels in the body.

Omega 7 and 9

Omega-7 contains PA and CVA which creates mucus membranes in the body, which is helpful for sinus problems as well as feminine dryness.

Omega-9 contains OA which reduces the risk of stroke and heart disease.

The downside of fish oil is that eventually, the fat nutrients it provides your skin (giving it that boost) will be reabsorbed by the body within 2 to 20 weeks.

Do other oils work as well as fish oil?

People who say fish oil can make your butt bigger believe that fish oil does this because the omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, also known as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This omega-3 fatty acid – specifically the EPA – is thought to absorb directly through the skin instead of going through your digestive system. Thus, resulting in a fatter, plumper butt.

Also, fish oil is 100% pure fat – some people believe that this works because the fat found in fish oil is absorbed directly into our skin, adding to buttocks fat.

fish oil bigger butt: true or false

This is the main reason why fish oil – an animal fat – is preferred over other (plant-based) oils. Plant-based oils, such as the ones found in flaxseed, also contain omega-3 fatty acids, but these are short-chain omega-3s, which are ALAs (alpha-linolenic acids), NOT EPAs. Although ALA is also beneficial for your healthy, they have much less potent health benefits than EPA and DHA.

Does fish oil really work for a bigger butt?

We have tried fish oil to get a bigger butt. Here is the recipe we used to not smell so bad.

The fish oil recipe was applied *almost* every day after a shower and left on overnight. The result was that we did see a plumping of the butt fat and the measurement increased a little over an inch – BUT after 3 months of using it, there was not much difference and eventually, we had to stop because even with the formula, it just smelled quite bad. The smell got on the bedsheets and even some of the clothes (smell stayed even after a morning shower) and even drew a few odd remarks.

A big booty is nice, and the smell might be worth it if there was a dramatic increase, but for just one inch of booty gain – smelling fishy is not worth. it.

Also, once we stopped using the fish oil on our skin, the one-inch growth went away. Overall, we prefer Volufiline for a butt-plumper since the fat gained from it is PERMANENT.

Our favorite Volufiline-containing cream is the new one by Gluteboost – it’s actually got both Volufiline and Voluplus in it, making it a potent cream to increase fatty tissue in your buttocks.

Volufiline basically stimulates fat cells to divide and grow while simultaneously increasing fat storage. And Voluplus is equally plumping – it encourages the production of fat cells and increases the size of each fat cell. Gluteboost’s is the only one we’ve found that has both ingredients – you can get 1 bottle for $39.95 and 2 for $69.96 (about $35 per bottle). Use the code SAVE10 to get an extra 10% off when you buy 2 bottles or more!

If you’re just starting out on your butt enlargement journey and want to try something to give you a small boost, fish oil might still be a good option. But yea, all in all – we prefer to recommend something more permanent and much less smelly.

Hello Sarah, it really depends. If you have a very skinny body type with little body weight, we’d suggest increasing your *healthy* food intake – especially healthy fats and protein.
Maca is also a great, all-natural supplement to add in.
Afterwards, you can begin considering herbs and even bovine ovary depending on how far you are from your butt growth goals. Good luck!

Hi Brittney, wish we could tell you but it’s hard to say – it depends on so many factors. What’s you body type? Do you naturally put on weight in the butt/hip region? Is there a reason you lost so much weight? Honestly, bigger butt exercises won’t give you one of those super firm, muscle butts (unless you really overdo it) and will help sculpt your bum and give it a lovely, round shape. On top of that, you’ll want to plump up your fat. If you normally don’t store weight on your butt/hip region, we’d recommend pueraria mirifica to round out your hips as well as maca and volufiline to give it volume. Hope that helps!

To get your body storing fat on your hips and buttocks, the best natural option is pueraria mirifica since it is the most potent source of plant estrogens (which is the hormone that causes women to have rounder, fuller hips).
